I've had a cold since Saturday and I had to alter my usual fitness routine since we were away from home for the weekend (and mostly it was non-existent except for Saturday when we did our hike) and I realized that we were heading out of town again on Saturday to go to the beach (our first real family vacation that didn't include visiting other people or attending a wedding over a weekend) - this one is just for us. For a whole week. Aaaaaaah!
I know that I want to continue my fitness routine while we're away but that I need to alter it (I need to live the Wellness class that I'm currently developing, otherwise I'd be a traveshamockery, right?)... so yesterday I decided that I am bringing my exercise bands with me (as well as my yoga mat and some DVDs). And I'm going to print this out to bring with me so that I remember to get everything covered with the bands (and then I'm going to add an exercise called fire walkers from a Cathe DVD which is KILLER!) and I should be all set!
Oh, and before I forget, I spoke to Stacy yesterday about the Wellness class and there's a good chance that it is going to launch at Big Picture Scrapbooking before the year is out (maybe Nov?). There are some of you that asked about this and I promise to keep you posted on this. This class is REALLY exciting. This is the class that I've been waiting to do... seriously... it will change your life. It's like a personal trainer, nutrition coach, (and more), plus scrapbooking all in one. I can't wait. I really can't wait.
