Lots of FREE fitness videos available (VHS)
Let's start the new year off right, shall we? I've gotten my workout in this morning already (and showered - yahoo! I can just FEEL that it's going to be a great year if I can workout AND shower before 10:30.)
In my continued cleaning efforts that seem to be popping up as something new to go through each week (or day, depending!).... I found myself gazing at my fitness video shelf while I was doing my Push Pull DVD this morning (Cathe, of course) and saw many videos that I promised myself at the beginning of 2008 to be more conscious of whether I'm actually using them or if they are sitting there taking up space. I've decided that most of them WERE indeed just there for scenery... for decoration....for mood, perhaps. I am sad to see all of these go but it's something that must be done. I need to get rid of clutter. Say good-bye to what is not absolutely necessary. So my cleaning project is YOUR GAIN! Some of these are OLD FAVORITES but since I have not used them in so long (favoring other workouts) they belong to be in a house where they will be more active in the fitness rotation. In short, my tapes need a more *loving home*.
I'm not sure if any readers use VHS tapes (or WANT to use VHS tapes) but I thought I'd post the videos here in case you have FITNESS/HEALTH/WELLNESS at the top of your 2009 goals. I'd love to help you meet those goals and these tapes will definitely whip you into shape. They have served me VERY well over the years and are the ones that are the last still sitting on my shelf that I couldn't get rid of during the first two fitness video purges... so you know they ROCK!! Most of these are intermediate to advanced level fitness tapes (though there are some beginner-adv. beginner in there as well). I've provided links to my favorite fitness video review site where you can get honest reviews from real home exercisers that have used these workouts and written about what they really contain, what fitness equipment you will need, tidbits about the instructor, etc. Another good place to get an accurate breakdown of the sections is Collage Video.... so go there as well if there's a particular tape you are interested in. You can request as many as you want. I'd be more than happy to ship them ALL to one location if it happens to work out that way!
You probably already guess this but I need to include it anyway.....**First come, first serve**. Once they are gone, they are gone. And those that are not wanted will be donated to my local library for their upcoming book/video sale.
