These are super easy to make and require only 2-3 ingredients.
Melt some chocolate and spoon it into little cups making sure to get the bottom covered and a bit of the sides. Let it harden by letting it sit and going about the rest of your day (as I did) or you can put it in the 'fridge until it's set.
Then spoon in the filling.
I used unsalted organic almond butter (because that's what I had in my house). I added a teeny tiny sprinkle of coarse salt to it here because I like desserts, especially chocolate, with a little bit of salt. The balance of flavors makes it more complete for me. You can use peanut butter, cashew butter... any nut butter you'd like (or add a graham cracker or graham crackers crumbs for extra flavor and texture - mmm!) I bet this would taste unbelievable with the maple cinnamon vanilla almond butter.
Melt some more chocolate and spoon it on top making contact with the sides and making sure the filling it covered and not gooping out the sides.
Then let the chocolate set again. When it hardens you are ready to peel back the paper, pop one of these babies in your mouth and ENJOY!
