This morning I am mixing up a batch of chapati dough (using Pizza and Flatbreads in Five Minutes a Day) to use as sandwich bread later - craving this with hummus and cucumbers - and Jessi just helped me press yesterday's dough into tart molds so there's pâté sucrée blind-baking in the oven. Yep, its definitely going to be a delicious day. Hope yours is too!
