Tomorrow I start my 3-day fitness conference (to keep my yoga, indoor cycling, and personal trainer certifications current) so I'm trying to get a bunch of stuff done today so that tomorrow's dinner will be easier. I have my cycling shorts, yoga mat, and workout clothes packed. Granola bars are wrapped and lunch is almost ready to go.
Tomorrow is usually pizza night but that's being put on hold this week and it's going to be sandwich night instead. Sandwiches are quick and easy, which is just what I'll need when I come home from 11 hours of fitness classes!
I'm making a rye-whole-wheat free-form loaf today, from Healthy Bread in 5 Minutes a Day, with which I'll make sandwiches tomorrow.
