It's too nice outside to not eat lunch in the porch today. I made Korean tofu tacos. I'm totally addicted.
Matzoh balls are cooking on the stove and I need to run to the store to get an ingredient for a tart crust for the mushroom tart that will be the vegetarian main for our upcoming Rosh Hashanah dinner. I should probably also get started on making the dessert. Hmmm, perhaps later today. But right now, I'll dine on my new favorite Korean tofu tacos and soak up this gorgeous weather the DC area is enjoying!!
