Level 1 Yoga - Winter III Session
What can I expect? In this class will explore a variety of foundational yoga poses that will build strength and flexibility in a flowing manner where movement and breath are interconnected. This 60-minute class will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated... ready to take on the rest of your day. Class size will be kept small to allow for individual attention making this ideal for someone just starting out, as well as yoga students interested in deepening their current practice. All classes will take place in my home studio.
When do classes meet?
We have two class options on Tuesday mornings. One class meets 8:15-9:15am and the other class meets 9:30-10:30am on the following dates:
How much does it cost? The 10-week session is $150, due on or before the first class. If you join the class mid-session, the class fee will be prorated based on the number of classes left in the session.
What do I need? You will need a yoga mat for this class. Most students prefer to purchase their own yoga mat and bring them to each session (for the sake of cleanliness and also so that they can practice at home). If don't already have one you can purchase one here. In addition, please bring a water bottle with you and wear comfortable clothes that you are able to move in easily (and that aren't too loose that it will bother you during inverted poses like a forward bend or downward-facing dog).
Still have questions? Contact me if you have any questions (see the left sidebar for the link to email me) and I'd be happy to talk with you to see if this class is a good fit for you.
